We collect the personal data that you give us:

When you submit a form on neovision.dev, we ask for your name, email address and phone number.

When you register for one of our events through a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn sends us the details that you submit in the form. These are usually your first name, last name and email address.

When you send us an email, we receive the details that you include in it.

We also collect usage data when you visit the Website, such as your IP address, the pages that you view, your browser type, and how long and how often you visit. We collect this data with cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

The social networks where we publish content and ads, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, can also collect data about you. They collect this data directly, under their own privacy policies.

We use your personal data for the purposes below. For each purpose, we show the legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To measure and improve the Website with analytics cookies. Legal basis: your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a)).

To protect the Website and our business, and to meet our legal obligations. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) and our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our LinkedIn ads open a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form. When you submit the form, LinkedIn sends us the details that you submit. The form shows you these details before you submit it.

We use these details only for the purpose that the form states. For an event, we register you on Zoom, the platform that hosts the event. Then we send you the access link by email.

We send you marketing emails only if you tick the separate consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

LinkedIn also lets you delete a form submission from your LinkedIn privacy settings.

We share your personal data only with the companies below, and only as this policy describes:

LinkedIn, which runs our Lead Gen Forms and our ads.

Zoom Video Communications, which hosts our online events.

Google, which provides Google Analytics.

The providers that host our Website and our email, and that process data on our behalf.

We also disclose personal data when the law requires us to do so.

We do not share your personal data with anyone else.

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose for which we collected it:

Enquiries and client data: for the duration of our discussions or our contract. After that, we keep only the records that Romanian law requires, such as accounting records, for the period that the law sets.

Event registrations: until the event and its follow-up end. After that, we delete the data, unless you agreed to receive marketing emails.

Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

We store your personal data in the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of our providers, such as Zoom and Google, can process data outside the EEA, for example in the United States.
