The brand needed a redesign aligned to Forbes International, a hardened platform, and a way to earn revenue from premium content. We stepped in at a critical moment to rebuild it without disrupting a live newsroom.

We redesigned the core templates, homepage, article listing, article, login, and subscription management, to match Forbes International while keeping the newsroom productive. We hardened the platform, then layered in the revenue and reach features: a paid content system, payment gateway for subscriptions, ad platform integration, Mailchimp, and a multi-language module. A caching layer kept the rebuilt site fast under news traffic.
